He was unfriendly and rude. And since they weren't to replicate the errors they didn't change the battery. Therefore issues continued.
In the end, it was frustrating. I would recommend not purchasing from here.

I got water in my motherboard I took it to all the shops in Plano, Carrollton, even one in prosper. I took it to 4 or 5 shops before I brung it to this place. None of them could fix it, so I wasted a whole month of giving my phone to everyone else when I could’ve just came here this place can fix anything! Even Apple told me my phone was unfixable.
